Only a few hours until takeoff

Hello All,
I think everyone one knows by now that I am taking some time off to travel. If you don't...I decided to travel the world for the next 5 months. I will be going to 16 countries...and I leave today!
Well everything is set and I am ready to go. My backpack weighs a little more than I anticipated but I figure that will just get me in shape quicker. First stop....Greece! I will be in Athens for a few days and then off to a few of the islands. Wish me luck. I will write again soon.

Have a fun and interesting trip. We'll be following your travelogue. (Let your credit card company know what you are doing, otherwise they'll stop honoring the card thinking it's been stolen.)
