Am back home in one piece. Had one more night in Santiago on my way to the airport but was too lazy to do much. Did a bit of shopping and a lot of packing. Seems I have two bags going home. One was enough! Thank God for Business Class. Not only are the seats comfortable, good menu, free drinks but the lounges in the various airport are a Godsend for showers, coffee, internet and general relaxation. I had two long layovers in Atlanta and New York which meant that although I left on Wed night, I didn't get home till Friday morning! Went straight to bed for a couple of hours and then went to a Remax conference and dinner dance in the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Was a great night and a good way to come back down to earth after all the travelling. The weekend was spent unpacking, washing and catching up with family and friends. Delighted to be home. Travel really does broaden the mind. I have come back with a renewed energy and positive attitudes. Far away hills are not always greener - what I have at home is just perfect for me.
