I'd forgotten how weird French keyboards are...  No matter.  Just a short entry to let you all know that so far, Paris in late March is chilly and rainy.  Of course, it's still Paris; so it's beautiful anyway, but it would be even lovelier with a little sunshine. *hinthint*

I arrived Thursday evening and the rest of the family showed up the next morning.  We're staying at a nice little hotel in the 3è arrondissement, in easy walking distance of much of the things we want to see.  So far we've done some exploring on foot, in spite of the rain and we'll be heading back to the hotel to rest a bit.   Coming from Tokyo, I adjusted to the time difference pretty easily, but the rest of the family is tired.

I think I'll perhaps wait until I'm back home to write more, I've gotten used to posting pictures at the same time and I'd like some showing to go along with the telling...  That and I hate being forced to look at my hands when I type, but with this keyboard I have no choice.
