Well I didn't think it would be right to hit the road without adding a short entry on farewells.. it's been an emotional couple of weeks! A big thankyou to Mum, Dad and Barney for all your support.. and for putting up with my stressing ;)

Thanks also to all those who braved the rain on Saturday night to come and send me off with a few beverages. A few mementos of the evening attached..

My bag is now packed (with difficulty) and waiting by the front door.. yet to be seen whether I can actually lift it! Next stop Kathmandu :)
