I have been sitting in the office for over 12 hours now. I just finished work and I'm taking advantage of the free Internet and computer but am tired so will keep this short.

I came up "highway" 38 yesterday. What a mess. 1.5 lanes of terrible windy gravel. I didn't get above 50 the entire way, and was lucky when I broke 30. That's kph. The drive was nice though.

I am slightly shorter on money than I had hoped, but have been putting in longer hours than I have been expecting, so it should work out. I think I may even have another contract job at the end of the month.

I think I'll be lazy and try to sell my surfboard at the surf shop instead of on trademe. I won't get as much, but the headache just isn't worth the extra hundred or two hundred dollars.

I'm finally staying at harbourside. I opted for the backpackers for several reasons. It kind of stinks, but I'll survive.

Time for food.
