finished off my shopping which took up most of the day. managed to buy everything half price - my lucky day. didn't do a lot else - i'm pretty much able to shop or window shop all day. it's a skill.
renee was sick all night cos she ate dodgy chinese food which included pink chicken. eeewwww.
monday 23rd feb:
got up...packed...had to sit on my suitcase to fit everything in...still couldn't so renee had to pack my speakers.
i think there's a slight possibility i may have bought too much in new york...
got a cab to the airport. the driver tried to help me with my case but it was bigger than him and he almost collapsed

. renee looked and felt like death most of the day. hung around the airport as you do. found out our flight was delayed by 45 mins which turned into an hour so we ended up waiting at the airport for longer than the actual flight was going to take us.
looked at my newly bought jacket and realised they'd forgotten to take the security tag off so i slightly panicked in case someone in airport security thought i had stolen it and locked me up. they didn't.
but i did make all the security machines at shop entrances beep. hehehe.
flew to tampa. boring flight. no free food and no movies. and someone had a small yappy dog which kept yapping, as small yappy dogs do.
got to tampa. it was muggy. renee hated it, i loved it. got picked up by renee's friend michelle who enjoys taking the piss out of renee as much as i do which is entertaining for us but not so much fun for renee. oh well.
tuesday 24th feb:
rained most of the day even though it had been good until we got here. must be the curse of evil renee.
michelle got off work early so we went out for lunch to some place called 'chili' which funnily enough serves chilli. does chilli/chili have one 'l' or two...? hmmm
anyway...
decided the margharitas looked good so we each got one, although it wasn't just one glass but one cocktail shaker full each which resulted in about 4 glasses each. decided margharitas were pretty good so we stopped by the liquor store on the way home and bought tequila and margharita mix.
guess what happened for the rest of the day and night.
wednesday 25th feb:
strangely we slept till quite late today. well, michelle didn't, she had to work, but i don't think she was feeling all that much like working.
me and renee walked to the supermarket which apprently nobody does here which would explain all the weird looks we got.
afterwards we realised it probably wasn't such a great idea since we bought too much stuff and had to carry it all home. it's not like NY with a cab around every corner...
spent the rest of the day watching rubbish american TV dramas. ooh, and animal planet.
