We stopped in Balladonia to rest (especially the driver as Caro and me were mostly sleeping in the car, you guess that crossing the desert is a bit boring, thousands of kms without seeing anything...). Anyway we stopped at the petrol station, and there we found two real australian surfers, blond hair, surf boards in the car, even a jetski! We pretended to go buy something in the shop to have a closer look... and they started talking to us, they even invited us to go with them, they were from Perth going home, they did all the way to find good waves... ;-) We couldn't leave our Razi...
We left the petrol station and 10 minutes after that we heard a weird noise, Razi immediatly stopped on the side of the road, one of the tires completely exploded! Lucky we were not driving too fast...
Razi, as a real man that he is, changed the tire and guess who drove past us without even stopping, the 2 surfers! Everybody else stopped to ask if we needed help....
One lesson about the surfers, cute charming but useless!!!
