back to normal life after spending two days and a half with Isabelle my friend from France who is working in a BUsh Camp five hours by bus from Sydney.
To give you a better idea of what it was exactly, you have to imagine a summer camp for kids but in the middle of the forests with animals everywhere during the night and lots of mosquitos. Isa is working in the morning which means that she can go and do all the activities with the children in the afternoon. You will see pictures of one of them, the giant jump, scary but very good fun.
Then we had really good nights listening to guitar and Didjeridoo. we also had to look after little Greggy who is basically a very small rabbit who lost his mum and his brother and who has got a broken leg. Everybody thought that it was going to die but Isa took care of it and three days later it was running in the garden with a funny leg still but running ! Well done Isa, you can be proud of yourself. I had the chance to participate to some activities like the big jump ( you can have a look at the pictures) and it was good fun ! It was hard to leave but then Isa to work and I had to come back to work as well ! Not really that I wanted to :-)
