After a good start in HKG, it was time to move on and discover a new country... Singapore.
Que dire??? MUCH cleaner than HKG!!! Singapore is actually a really nice small country, when you arrive there, you feel like you are in a colonial city, which it was and they managed to keep the atmosphere.
The city is so clean that if you throw a paper in the street, you'll get a fine. It is also really secure, policemen everywhere.
It is less humid than in HKG as well. Our youth hostel was situated on a busy road with plenty of restaurants and the food is amazing.
There is also a little island in the south of Singapore called Sentosa. It is like a little paradise for tourists but unfortunately for us, we went there when it was raining and we did not get a chance to enjoy it.
It is on the island where you find the symbol of the country: the Merlion, half fish and half lion.
