Hello People,
I am still at the yoga center. As it is not in the center of Beijing I do not have easy access to a computer, but our neighbour is very nice and lets me use hers whenever. It's a Apple, so it took a bit longer to get the photos organised, but here they are finally... sorry for the delay.
By now I have completed my vasting period. Total time: 6,5 days. Even without attacking the fridge in the meantime, so am very proud of myself
Still doing the cleansing from the back to get the digestion going, but got used to that by now, so no problem. No Patty Brard-klysma here, were the water is forced in with high pressure, I let gravity do its work. All in the good of inner cleaning!
Also getting the first rythms down from african djembe drumming. Love it!
What am I doing there all days?
Was wondering the same thing at one moment as days seem to fly by. Well a 'normal' day would be like this:
- getting up at 6: cold shower
- 3 hours of asanas (stretching/gymnastics)
- 1/2 hour pranayama (breath control)
- 1 hour meditation
- lunch
- reading/drumming/taking a walk/talking
- evening meal
- talking / seeing neighbour/internet
- 9.30 sleeping
And I am really enjoying it. Getting real time for myself. You would not recognize how relaxed I am at the moment
Probably moving on from here by the end of the week though, making my way towards Thailand! No real fixed plans though: great feeling.
Talk to you later again!
Liekie
