Alone in the bus to Yangon, no trouble with the checkpoints, got by with the birmese language I already learned. It is funny how a city can grow on you so quickly and be so familiar as well. Getting the taxi back to 'my old guesthouse', checking in again, all very familiar.

Hoping to meet my 2 friends again. Difficult to get into contact without telephone connection, just have to hope they will check their email regularly. I'm in luck, the next day I get a reply, we meet up 'our' spot again, Sule Paya. Really like this Paya on the busy roundabout! Plans are made for next days. I will go travel with S. to the West first, if possible, N. will meet with us later, to visit Pagan (a must-see in this country) and Mandalay after. Hopefully visit their hometowns as well.

Will be on the move again tomorrow, so these new stories and photos will come later!
I found out I can overstay my visa for a short time at $3 a day, so I booked my flight back to Bangkok on the 31th of May...still never enough time....Reasons enough to come back here again!

Nauw maa dwee me!
See (well talk) to you later!
