The night bus down to Surritani was not so bad. As I was one of the first on the bus, I had the good spot just behind the stairs, in front of the tv (hoping they wouldn't show a thai language movie as I was in a Felang -read- tourist bus!). The coach guy tried to get me to move to the back seats as a couple wanted to sit together, no change!!!

Good intriging movie with Nicolas Cage as a weapon dealer to country leaders, have a strong feeling this is how business is done in the world, sadly!

Then a ferry boat for 3 hours and here we are: at Tropical Ko Pangan. This island lies next to Ko Tao, where I was last time in September only a bit bigger and more touristy this time.
It was at the beach under de palm trees where I met up with Andy and Donna again.

Idylic, basic, beautiful, tropical, good fruit shakes are few of the words that spring to mind describing the first place I stayed with them. We had magical moments there! So good to see them again and getting to know Donna better. So natural and easy our contact was from the start, her being there as well did not change anything about my connection with Andy! As Donna has been practicing Holistic therapies for over 20 years already, I felt completely save and comfortable with her and Andy doing some Reiki and shamanistic practices on me to try to open my shakras and finding my feminine side in me. I know this sounds strange to most of you, it is too complicated to explain now, but it felt good and I if you are worried, I am still me ;-)

We left this place after 3 days as they needed to go to Haad Thian, The santuary. To start a thai massage course after the weekend. This beach is located more west of the Island. As I wanted to spend more time with them and see this place for myself, I joined them. Lots of Rainbow people already told me about this place, where yoga, detoxification of the body, shamanistic treatment, massages etc. are amongst the things to go for there. Also vegetarian heaven, as everything on the menu is catered for veggies.

As I was only going to stay for a few days I did not do any of the 'things' there. Although I did have this guy do Tarot Card reading for me. Before I was always very sceptical and unsure about it, but at this point in my life it felt good to do (not feeling sceptical anymore, oke only a little part of me anyway). After 2 hours the cards told me nothing specific and yet everything. Cannot explain it now, try for yourself. I am glad I did it.

Did (my first) jewelry making workshop there with a small group. Even got donation for it after! We made some nice things. Liked doing it, most likely more to follow while travelling. Good way of earning some more money!

As my visa was expiring and I wanted to go to Ko Phayam, it was time to leave...
With (yet more) tears in my eyes I had to say goodbye to Andy (again) Donna, Paula, Simon and some other lovely people. We will meet again!
