London Heathrow - I have arrived in the UK.

I have touched down after my trans-atlantic, trouble free plane ride. It is 10am UK time (5 am Ottawa time). I needed to boost my caffine levels if I expect to get through today on 5 hours sleep.
So a trip to Costa Coffee for a double latte and then to WH Smith to pick the Saturday paper (to read up on football) works out fine as I head to the Edinburgh departure lounge to wait for my plane ride.
The British newspapers are in fine form, lots of scandal for the tabloids to write upon. The scandals of the moment surround 2 government ministers - one who has had extra-marital relations and another heading a department embroiled in an immigration/murder scandal. All we need now is a football scandal to make it the perfect storm of tabloid journalism.
