Proceeded back to the hostel to have the value menu of the day. That restaurant at the hostel is surprising ranked 4th in sucre by tripadvisor! Had a Spanish siesta after (1 hour nap), before heading to Recoleta for views over the whole of Sucre. It was a short uphill walk, and reached the mirador within 15 minutes. It was a nice colonial style corridor overlooking the city. Next to the mirador were local people peddling their wares. The prices here were much more reasonable and cheaper than La Paz. I ended up buying a few necklaces and wristbands for B7.50-10 each, a big scarf and a smaller one for B80, and a weaved bag for B50
Headed for dinner after at tripadvisor recommended restaurant called Cafe Monterreso. It was kinda hard to find as the only sign was a small one on the wall. The restaurant was situated in the living room of the owner's house. They served Italian food, and I had a good lagsana(B38) and Tiramisu(B15). Quite pricey by Bolivian standards but darn cheap by Singapore prices.
Heading to the Tarabuco Market tomorrow!
