This is the nondescript town where Dad and I got throroughly drunk with a couple of guys that didn't speak any English (and, frankly, couldn't speak much Spanish by the time we arrived) at a no-name pollo joint on the side of the highway (that had some of the best grilled chicken I've ever had).  We went there for dinner after a long day and they just kept buying us drinks.  How could we say no?  Well, after the sixth beer we found a way (they would've kept us there until someone's liver ruptured, I'm sure) and beat a hasty and stumbly retreat.
