BANG!!!

So I am in India now! Backpacking India for a couple of weeks! Well my trip started off with a bang.... a couple of bangs too. First our bus collided with another bus! BANG!!! Luckily no one was hurt, but there was a big dent in our bus! Then about 2 hours later I heard another BANG! This time both back tires blew out! That was absolutely crazy! Getting hit by a bus and then getting 2 flat tires all in one day. Well that should be it right? Nope! Then we got in another vehicle and once again BANG! The 3rd tire of my trip was blown! Crazy! Well other than that we made it to Darjeeling India where there are mountains everywhere and lots of wonderful things to buy. I especially like the cold weather... not that its really cold but its definetly not hot! So there are many things to do in Darjeeling... like wake up at 4am and see the sun rise over the largest mountains in the world! We also walked up and down mountains to see Buddhist Monasteries and a Refugee Self Help Centre for people from Tibet. Saw people working in the tea gardens- I have no idea how they do it because they are working on the side of mountains that are so incredibly steep! I also ate some wonderful food that did not involve RICE! We ate lots of Indian food, Tibetan Momos, and there was a place called Glenarys that had chocolate eggs!
