Finally Dhaka!

Dhaka, I finaly made it to the big city! What a change from the small village life. It is awesome here, bought some stuff but not a lot because all the stores have been closed due to the Muslim Festival called Eid. It is as big as Christmas for Westerners! The night before Eid was exactly like Christmas Eve, everyone is doing last minute shopping! And everything here is really cheap, for example Reba and I bought the whole Harry Potter series (6 books) and we paid 900 taka, which is about 15 dollars! Sweet! Anyways I have been in Dhaka now for 5 days and today I go back to Ram Chandrapur, the little village that I live in.
Well not much else to say.. oh yah I went on a boat ride for 30 minutes and it only cost us $1.80!!
Okay well I have to go, but I have put up pictures from the Harvest Festival that I went to last weekend, called the Wangala. More thumbnails ...
