Where I stayed
Spanish Tapas & Sherlock Holmes

Flag of United Kingdom  , Northern Ireland,
Wednesday, January 13, 2010

We (Mum, Pom, Ciara & Paulino) went out to La Tasca, a gorgeous Spanish tapas place situated in the Odyssey in Belfast.
It was a feast which ended with chocolate fondue, & decadent chocolate torte amongst other things.  Mum and Myself had a treat of 30 year old Brandy!  It was served in warmed brandy glasses and the aroma was intoxicating.  Truly the best I have ever tasted!

We went into Storm Cinemas just upstairs and saw Sherlock Holmes,..what can I say about that other than if you have been thinking about was brilliant, Robert Downey Jnr was fantastic and I was pleasantly surprised by Jude Law as Watson.  Gripping storyline and a great fast pace which keeps you hooked to the end.
It was a lovely way to spend time relaxing before I head off today.

To be honest I don't know how to sign off from this trip...I may do more blogging from across the pond with hindsight and reflection.  Its the end of my Irish trip until next Christmas and its the beginning of another Aussie adventure.

I feel physically and mentally fit and ready to head back and the TLC I have received here is invaluable and powerful.

My love, heart and soul is forever tied to you all for the care and support I needed this time around and you gave unconditionally.

All my love .... Karen x
