On our way back up to Houston, we stopped at the NASA Space Center, just outside the Lyndon B Johnson Space Center. VERY COOL! This is how it should be done. Ya get there and they list suggested itineraries for the time you've got. There's movies, lectures, tram tours, interactive areas, flight simulators, the works. It's a great place to take children. We walked out of there wanting to be astronauts. It's not a place you'll find yourself being bored and you get to touch moon rock. How cool is that?! Yeah it's a rock...from the MOON!

You learn about what it's like to be an astronaut living in space. They show you the ways zero gravity effects your lifestyle like how you sleep, use the bathroom, bath, eat, etc. That's where we learned about "No Rinse." What first started out as a shampoo line used by NASA, quickly expanded into a bath line benefiting those afraid to shower or lacked the facilities. Wait a minute, we need to conserve water too!

What a perfect product for RVers/campers! We ran to the gift store but no dice. Then it dawned on me that it might be too expensive for the general public. Oh I was wrong! Steve found it for sale on Amazon and I found it at Walgreens. We bought the shampoo and body wash. Steve thought it worked well for not actually showering. I'll have to give it another go. I used only the body wash but it didn't feel much better then using wet wipes. I did notice that Steve's hair looked nice and fluffy. Perhaps I was just extra weathered from sweating in the sun? After all, astronauts use it!

Ugh!!! Just realized we must have some how deleted pix at NASA on our camera so all we've got left is images from our phone...
