After visiting two other Polish cities, I arrived in Berlin one afternoon. I signed in for my German language course at the Goethe Institut Berlin and went to my new appartment. The adventure has come to an end.

Post script:

I went on to spend the next month in Berlin in a language school. I had a great time with my classmates who came from countries so distant as Mongolia and Brazil. We went out drinking just about all the time and I got to know Berlin really well. Fourth, perhaps, after Edmonton, Montréal and Arras. But my life in Berlin isn't what I want to recount; it's not travelling. Thanks for reading this far, though.

But there is good news. On October 2, 2006 (this year) I am back on the road to tour through Austria, former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Albania, and Italia. Check in periodically. It'll be fun.
