From La Paz we took a bus journey to Copacabana and crossed the border to Peru. We stayed the night in a lovely town called Puno which had a very cool rock bar that let me play dj (I was extremely pleased by this as you can imagine ;)

The next day we took probably the best mode of transport known to man (see pics) down to the port where we took a boat to the Islands of Uros. They are made completely from reed.
