Napier is a lovely little city and it gets really good weather. That is why it is a really big wine region her. I spent three days here in Napier Prison which is now a backpackers. The people who run it are nice especially Bonnie, she is lovely. Only thing was there were hardly anybody staying here. There are things to do here but I was on my own most of the time. It got so bad the last day that I ended up playing mini-golf by myself. Got 62 which was okay for my first round. It is kinda fun actually. On my last night I went out with Andres (German) & Mikal (Czech). We played pool in Rosie's with these cute Danish girls and then went to see a really cool jazz band that play the Windsock every Thursday night. The drummer is phenominal and if you are in Napier on a Thursday night, check these guys out!
