Been in Melb a week and a half now and I have to say that I really feel at home in this city. St. Kilda is such a cool area. I have met some interesting chars in this hostel. Might also have a job next week. Just some shitty labouring job but it will do until the contract I.T. work comes through. I bought a bike in the op shop for $20, left it into St. Kilda cycles to get fixed up. Bike is a great way to get around this city and you soon realise that it is not that big really. The brakes are a bit dodge though so I have to be careful, well at least until I get it fixed up.

I found a mobile phone today and being the stand up honest guy that I am (is that a faint snigger I hear in the background) I decided to ring one of the missed calls. Turns out, the guy who owned it is the head chef at the F1 paddock and that was his business phone. I met him later and he was so grateful that he gave me $50. Pretty cool, huh!

I am going to the F1 tomorrow. I figured seeing is it is practically on my doorstep I might as well go down. There is a good crew of us going so it should be really good. There is loads of stuff on during the day as well as the race so it should be good. Must get some ear plugs. Those engines are fucking loud.

That's about it for now....
