I am in Kununarra at the moment which is welcomingly civilised compared to the last few towns I have been in. Staying at the Kununara Croc backpackers which is run by a husband and wife. I usually like these kind of hostels. Just spending a night here before driving the 500k to Katherine. This is my last night in WA (choking back the tears)!
