We left Dolores early as today was to be a long day as we all headed onto Montrose .
The mountain roads were steep and narrow with very few barriers protecting you from the cliff edge. Rough road conditions caused another blow out to the already unlucky Alex. The cyclists battled through the physical pain knowing that their rest day is tomorrow .
The scenery in Colorado is such a contrast to that of Utah. From the red rock canyons to the snowy mountains and green fields. Colorado is beautiful, not to say that Utah wasn't.
We entered Montrose and settled at a mini paradise as the campsite had a crazy golf course and a cinema across the road. We are happy here!
After showers and setting up camp we ventured across the road to watch Spielberg butcher the legend that was Indiana Jones. This was a truly awful film with an unscheduled interval half way through due to a faulty projector.
