We made it!

Bram and I traveled to the Grand Canyon in anticipation
of our hike from the top of the rim down to the Colorado River and back
up to the rim all in one day.

We
spent the first couple of days exploring the rim of the canyon and
allowing our bodies to become better acclimated to the elevation change.
