Alaska to Whitehorse
Entry 8 of 66 | show all | print this entry |
On July 3rd we took the White Pass train as we left Skagway and traveled to Frasier, Canada. The train was a narrow gage that traveled along the edge of a cliff. Along the way we saw the Gold Rush Cemetary, Bracket Road, Rocky Point, Cliffton, Pitchfork Falls, Buchanan Rock, Black Crooss Rock, and much more.
At 4Pm we arrived at the Yukon. Avan picked us up and took us to the Schwatka boat which we took through the Miles Canyon on the Yukon River.
