Start your engines....
On July 13th I drove 41 miles to Hovenweep National Monument in Utah. I also drove through the undeveloped Canyons of the Ancients National Monument. In Hovenweep I viewed the 6 areas of ruins from Anasazi Indians from over 10,000 years ago!! Hovenweep National Monument

Drove 140 miles to Natural Bridges National Monument in Utah and saw 3 natural bridges. Natural Bridges

Later I drove 60 miles to and through Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in Utah. Glen Canyon

The desert plains, mesas and buttes were dark red with the Colorado River cutting through. It was a great view! Glen Canyon NRA

Drove 30 miles to Hanksville for then night.
