Hiked down to Nymph and Bear Lake for spectacular views of a lake with the mountains rising in the background. Spent the 2nd day driving Trail Ridge Road (Highway 34). Rocky Mountains 2

The road rose to 12,183 feet into a frigid tundra. This is the highest continuously paved road in the world. Also crossed the Continental Divide. Drove 90 total miles within the park. Hiked 2 miles to Alberta Falls in the afternoon. Rocky Mountains 3
