We had another 8:30AM hotel pickup for our tour today.  Our first stop was the Egyptian Bazaar.  They had everything you can imagine as well as Turkish spices and Turkish delights.

Next we took a 90 minue Bosphorous cruise where we saw the coast of Europe on one side and the coast of Asia on the other side.  On the cruise we passed under bridges, saw mosques, and viewed the Rumeli Fortress, built in 1452 by Mehmet the Conqueror.

When the tour was complete, Diana and I went on our own to visit the Istanbul Museum of History and Science in Islam.  The museum was good, but disappointing that everything there were copies of originals.

In the evening we had dinner at the Rumeli Cafe for Italian Turkish fusion food.  The food was delicious and it rained while we sat outdoors under a covered patio and enjoyed some much needed cool fresh air.
