After purchasing my latest trip for $10,400 I wonder if someone at Expedia decided they needed a better commission?
I have five airline tickets charged against my account for $980 each that Expedia admits were never booked by me...so why can't I get reimbursed? After spending a total of about eight hours on the phone attempting to get these bogus charges off my card, I spent almost another hour on the phone today.
My 50 minutes on the phone today...
Held for 5 mins then.. Case id..Itin no..."How can I help you?...looking for a refund...put on hold...then transferred to another department... then hold...reached Craig...case id again ..."taking a look at it"... "quite a case"... do I know a William?... that's my husband..."that's what I thought"...put on hold for 1/2 hour...said that somebody would be looking at it in the Refunds department ... I ask to be transferred to refunds... "can't do that"...Well I would like an answer as to whether or not I am going to be refunded..."At the moment, Spencer has your file..."
Guess I had some success today. I learned that Craig answers the phone and Spencer has my file.
Guess I'll call tomorrow and see if I can talk to the guy that's employed to open the file.
