So what did we do today. Well, first off we spend almost two hours in a mini bus going out into the middle of nowhere, to see the Crac des Chevaillers, which is an old crussaders castel. In all books it's described as being the castel of the dreams of children, and it really looks like the castel children would draw, but once you get inside the magick evaporates, as it is quite borring on the inside.
From the castel we went into Hama and saw there the water weels that are the trademark. They are big, noisy, and odd, but not all that amazing.
Hama was an odd place, which died entirely for four hours or so during the afternoon, in the worst heat.
Take care,
Best,
Eva Maria
