After a 9h train ride from Feodosia, in a small cabin, Ksucha and I finally arrived at Dnepropetrovsk. The train was exactly how I imagined a communist train to be and it felt really special to travel in such a way. I felt very grateful that Ksucha was with me, as I don't understand much of Russian, not to say any. We arrived at 6 am at the train station and it felt amazing. Pure culture shock!! I could not understand any of the signs around me, there was a sea of people walking in all directions and was surrounded by Slavics all around, Ukrainian and Russians. I felt like I was in a different world. I was not really there, I was merely an observer of that new place... it was surreal. I was so happy!! Somehow, this world awakened in me many memories as if I have lived here before. I have never, in this life anyway, been to Ukraine or Russia. Funny thing is that when I was experiencing Ayahuasca in the jungle of Peru ( http://www.travelpod.com/travel-blog-entries/erriuc/aroundtheworld/1211729400/tpod.html?tweb_UID=erriuc ), one of my purging (cleansing process) was about Russian's mind control. Interesting how some things we are only meant to understand later. Ksu's apartment was exactly how I imagined a communist building and apartment to be: old, dark, weird floor, wallpaper on the ceiling and the ambiance. It was so exciting, I could not stop smiling and feeling my heart exploding and opening wide. This was my introduction into the real Ukraine and I could only desire more.
