Today, there was a New Year's Party at the International Student Center on-campus (IRIS) with the famous soup and mochi that is eaten on New Year's Day.  It was really tasty.  Also, we did Japanese calligraphy which was SO much fun!  I love doing calligraphy which is a form of art in Japan.
