Today, I went with a few Chinese friends to Kobe's China Town for the Chinese New Year.  There was a festival with events throughout the day.  My 2 favorite events were the Ryu-mai (the Dragon Dance) and the Shishi-mai (the Lion Dance).  There was also a parade of people wearing ornate, historical costumes from throughout the ages.  Plus, we eat some great dumplings and other Chinese food!  After that, we walked around the port area of Kobe.
