Hi folks! Having a rest day in Drummond, pity it's raining! That's us over the Continental Divide. It was long slog, 10.5 miles up to MacDonald Pass (6,320ft), face wind and cold. We like Montana though, there's no tax on the food! See you.

We're hungry
Hi Guys,
We're stuggling in the bike shop. How are we supposed to be productive at work without Rosie's cakes? Mmmm?
So pleased to see you're having a great trip, loved looking through the photos. Would have checked a lot earlier, but Alex kept giving me the wrong blog address. In the end I asked Georgie and got the right info straight away..should have done that in the first place eh!
Looking forward to seeing your next instalment, keep having fun!
Cheers,
Steve, Sam and Stinky.

hiya
Dear Friends....I have been following your stuff on the web but never seemed to get my act together to register and post a reply. Looks like you are having a braw adventure. How are the legs/fitness bum's? I have never been through America so don't know what its like. Lots of long sections with no food/water? are you finding good things to eat at night?

We just got back from Vancouver. It was very cold! 12oc and raining every day...its jaded our view of the city somewhat. We both completed the race. It was a tough one. Water was 11oc and it was windy and cold. We both wore our wool thermals under trisuit and that helped. I finished 5th which I was really pleased with. I had a strong cycle/run which made up for an average swim. Beccy was not pleased with her race, wetsuit too tight and back wheel fell off bike! took her 7mins to get it unjammed and all working again.

Good luck next weeks,
Luv Torq and Bec
