Back again! We're having a day off after 10 days in the saddle. That's us cycled through Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and now we're in Nebraska (904 miles). Weather's more like we're used to at home - cool and windy. We've eaten our way up through America, the steaks are huge and fantastic. The desserts?! choc,apple, pecan, coconut and cherry pies.....mmmmm. Been up to 5,500ft, back down to 2,500ft, so we've had some ups and downs but there's bigger ones to follow. 2 days ago we cycled with Syd, who was going from L.A to Michigan on a recumbant cycle. It was great to have his company. Must go, we've got Kimball to explore.

Following your progress with great interest and very pleased to hear that it's going well. Things are much less eventful here in Tonbridge. We're still covered in dust (while the kitchen is being done) and looking forward to resuming normal(?!)life shortly. The kittens now have names, but 2 sets (like Six Dinner Sid) due to inability to all agree! Love from us all. Katie, Digby, Ellie,Tilly and Gabe XXxxx
