One Night in Paris

We spent 24 hours in Paris visiting with a dear family friend Dr. Nasser Rohanezadeh. Although our time there was short, we were able to see all the major sites and even experience some favorite Parisian activities (mainly eating and drinking!). This whirl wind but complete tour of this great city was only possible thanks to Nasser who really knows his way around the city... most importantly he knows all the history related to the sites, the most scenic routes, and somehow is able to maneuver his car to position us for the best photo ops. Some of the parking spots were not always legal but they were always optimal! Among our favorite activities of the day were: seeing Notre Dame; walking around the park across the Eiffel Tower; strolling through the hallways of the Sorbonne and even seeing where Pantea's Grandfather had gone to school; espresso at the famous Café de La Paix followed by a wonderful late-night dinner at Montmartre. Our time there was truly memorable and we are grateful for all of Nasser's efforts.
