We got onto the bus (for quite a cheap price- our czech also extending to "ahoj! Kolin prosim") and took an hour long bus journey into the beautiful Bohemian countryside- briefly nodding off on the way (another great idea), eventually we woke up and got off the bus in Kolin. I don't think they were used to seeing foreigners- we got a few looks everytime we spoke English. It was quite a sunny day and we had about a 45 minute wait, so i thought I'd get an ice cream from the little kiosk in the corner- to my joy (and Briggzys look of "dude, its 11am") I returned with a pint bottle of budvar (for just 10kr- ace) and proceeded to enjoy the sun until the bus to Kutna Hora arrived
