OPERATION IMPULSE

The idea was to buy a bunch of flowers ,attach a note saying "It's quick and easy to make someone smile." to each of the flowers and hand them out to strangers on the street with a kiss.

I honestly thought that Operation Impulse would be a gold mine of smiles. Ummm... not in Koblenz it wasn't.
