As you can tell, we have made our way to Luxembourgh. Having left Brugge (the prettiest town on the trip this far), both Emily and I did not think that Luxembourgh City would have much to offer. However, we were pleasently surprised to find that the city is basically a fort on top of a small mountain.
The city dates back to 963 having walls that merge with the cliff face to prevent attack. We were especially impressed with the landscape which possesed ancient dense forests, streams and ravines which imediately border the walls of the fort. We are about to head back to the fort for one last look prior to heading off for Switzerland. Once again the pictures will have to wait.
