Had a bit of a lie in and then tried to walk around town to find a massage. Deb and Nick (Daves sis and brother in law) kindly offered to pay for one of us as a treat and we duly found one for about 6 quid each an hour. Was great and definitely needed! Still found it hard to walk though for a while!

After brunch we walked more around town and had to get yet another copy of all our photos on DVD following our trek and Machu Picchu. Its just too photogenic around here!

Got our money back from the travel agency and checked with them again about our bus ticket for tonight onto Arequipa

Then we went to another Inca ruin of Koricancha which has more examples of Incan walls and temples. Was nice but we werent that impressed. Also sent to the museum as it was free with our tourist tickets but was just ok. Thought museums were sposed to get more interesting as you get older but they just dont seem to. Surely there is a better for us to try and engage people in things that really are interesting without getting overloaded or just bored.

Then onto the market near the bus station for some presents, although we havent much room in our rucksacks still. We then rushed up to Santa Catalina monastery and arrived 10 mins before it shut but werent allowed in. Werent happy.

Went back to pack and then had a whopping 5 course dinner including a glass of wine for 15 Soles or just over 2 quid. Is so expensive here, honestly.

Back to pack and then got our bus tickets for Arequipa. We were not surprised when they were for a different company and were cheaper but were pretty angry. Went to the agency and had a row (Dave had more of it than me to be honest he clearly enjoys them a lot these days). Had an audience inside and outside the agency as some of them claimed we didnt pay too much and didnt get a discount etc and some did. Eventually got some of the money back and were dubious about our bus to Arequipa. Fortunately, bus was fine but were still annoyed with the agency for being so dodgy about everything. Why cant people just be honest and up front if they cant get you what you asked and paid for. (Apologies for lack of question marks but cant find them on this keyboard!) DONT USE South American Adventures on Calle Suecia!

Got Cial bus at 9pm which was good and cost 30 Soles apparently.
