Had our Newcastle leaving drinks at Relvolution, a vodka bar in Newcastle. Was a good night and great to spend some social time with a few folks before we leave.

We were both pretty drunk on the Saturday night and even had a kebab on the way home! Managed to flag down a random car who took us back to Tynemouth for £10 - this was better than the taxi queue option in which Linz, Ross, Lee and Steve had to wait for up to 2 hours.

Den & Jo were up to visit this weekend as well and we had a great meal at the black door on Friday night. Taxi home was a bit of a nightmare though having booked it at 12:00 for pickup at 12:30 which eventually showed up at around 01:45!!

Last day at work planned for Friday 16th December - its going to be weird not working for around 14 months, but the hectic nature of the next few weeks means that it hasn't really sunk in yet!
