Ambergis Caye,
Belize

Woke up really early this morning because I and my new found friends were taking a boat to San Pedro on the island called Ambergis Caye. What we didn't realize was that we crossed a time zone when we entered Belize. So we thought we were waking up at 6 am when instead we were up at 5. Needless to say, we made the boat on time. The boat ride took a bout two hous. Now I'm on a beautiful and small tropical island in Belize. It is really narrow ( about 6 blocks) but pretty long. Went for a swim today. Water temp is around 75 i'm guessing. The scots kept going to a differnet island but Mark and I are going to spend the night here and catch up with them tomorrow. This island is the real tourist place of the two main visited islands. Very noticeable price difference between today and yesterday. Room was cheap though since I'm sharing it. Tomorrow, I'm off to Caye Caulker which is supposed to be smalles, a lot less developed and cheaper. Mark has been traveling all th over the world including thaiand area. He says Caye Caulker is still the most amazingly place he has ever seen. Going to go now. Later.
