We got up nice and early to get the bus to Iguazu. Luckily we were going fully cama with Andesmar, so we had seats that recline loads with food and drink served every so often. We also got to watch tons of good movies, which makes the time go so much quicker. We had checked ourselves in a hostel a couple of km outside of the centre and it had a swimming pool and big grounds. The rooms were fine, but it was a bit big compared to what we were used to. It was nice to have a swim and the first of many cairpirnihas by the pool. The next morning we went to Iguazu falls, which were beautiful. You can get up really close (and get quite wet) and they look amazing! As always the photos show it better.
In the late afternoon, we got the bus over to Brazil, which is really easy and stayed in a hotel that again was a little way out of the centre but had a swimming pool, tennis court and crazy golf. We played crazy golf and at one hole Elliot decided in frustration to hit the ball like he was playing on an 18 hole golf course. Unfortunately for Elliot the ball rebounded off an inch high kerb and hit him square in the shin. I had to laid down in the grass so I didn't wet myself laughing. We just chilled out by the pool for the rest of the day and the next morning as we were booked on an overnight bus to Sao Paolo the next evening. The bus was comfortable and journey uneventful, but we were starting to find the price of everything a bit scary. Maybe we were too used to Bolivian prices, which are so cheap!
