So it was time for our last overnight bus in South America and as usual it was a cold a journey. But it was relatively comfortable and we arrived in Bolivia at about 7.30am. We got taxi to the centre to have a look around for a suitable hostel and bumped into Sam, who we did the jungle trek with in Santa Marta. All three of us ended up getting a hostel together and then did a bit of exploring. Sadly we were there on a Monday and that is the day that all the museums are closed, so we did nothing cultural at all! We did go and see Sweeney Todd at the cinema though and that was excellent.

This was a very brief stay as the next morning we headed off to the airport to catch our flight to Los Angeles. Keeping our fingers crossed that Homeland Security let us in the country....
