Up early again to do the Disneyland rides. Disneyland opens at 9.00am so we went there first. After lots of fun at Disneyland we "hopped" over to Callifornia Adventure Park for more rides and exploration. Cal Ad Park is very different to Disneyland because it has a more modern theme with Stories like A Bug's Life, Muppets, Hollywood whereas Disneyland is more traditional with its' Fantasy Land (Storyland, Peter Pan), Adventureland (ie. Pirates of the Carribean, Indiana Jones ) , Tomorrowland (Star Wars, ToyStory) and heaps more!!!!. The rides are very different too. The scariest ride at Disneyland is Space Mountain, whereas at California Adventure it is Hollywood Tower. Dave was the only brave one for these ride - the girls were too "timid". We had a short break back at the hotel for a spa and to change into warmer clothes before heading back to Disneyland for more rides and to watch the fireworks which were spectacular. A stroll along Downtown Disney for a bite to eat meant bedtime was late - about 12.30am. Oh boy, were we tired!!!!!
