Pattaya Half Marathon

So, it wasn't a very exciting run, but for those of us that slogged it out over the hills of Pattaya the pervert's paradise there were trophies to be had.
I ran the half marathon, 1.49 (reasonable but disappointed), running mate Jonathan Blair completed his first half marathon, Sirivanh the Lao Champ pulled an incredible 3.40 marathon out of her injured calves, and Nick was fast and furious in his 10km.
