I am in the middle of classes for today, only one hour to go, and
it's the stupid class left. We are doing group presentations now, to
learn about communication. Yes, that's right, they're making us, as
graduate students, learn about the benefits of communication. Like we
could have made it this far if we were hermits and didn't talk to
anyone. They would have weeded those loners who don't communicate well
out during the interview. So, now they think it fun (I speak of
they--these are the powers that be in the administration office who get
to plan these four years of my life) so, they think it fun to make us
do stupid presentations while we should be studying for finals. Ah,
enough venting...The good thing about computers in the
classroom is that I can just sit here and surf the web instead of
listening to these dumb presentations. Then again, maybe it's not a
good thing. I've decided to travel to Delhi after the
official India ends, to see the Taj Mahal. Most of us from the group
are going together, so we're going to be all one happy group for over 6
weeks. I'm told that the Taj is something you have to do, but once
you've done it, that's it, no more. So, I'm taking my once in a
lifetime shot at it now, and it'll be one more check on my list of
things to do.
