The morning started a bit early for me as I had to get up at 7.30 to meet jennifer as I'm looking after her bags while she goes to Pai for the weekend.  I then had to get across to ThaPae gate for my yoga workshop with Dana.  I did have time for breakfast though, which was nice (scrambled eggs, toast and tea).

I was a little late getting to the place but was the first there (aside from Dana and her boyfriend Goran).  There was only 1 more person who joined us so it was a lovely small group.  The space was very nice, on the third floor and the 2 hours went very quickly.

The yoga itself was great and Dana has a lovely way with her and her teaching style suited me.  I was surprised by how much my body has loosened since the last time I did yoga, I think all the massage and yogi stretching I've been doing on the course has paid dividends Dana & Little Sausage

There were still some tough stuff and some emotional release, which was good.  I felt pretty great afterwards and Dana, Goran and me went out for some lunch at their favourite place, Momma's kitchen.

The place was quite small and very nice.  I had some lovely food and a great chocolate and coconut shake :-)

The place also had a dog called 'little sausage' (can't remember the thai).  It was so cute and wore a little pink crochet dress :-)

I had a great chat with Dana about life and hair :-) We seem to be very similar in a lot of ways and are definitely on the same path spiritually, so it's great to spend time with her.  It was nice to meet up today as we had danced together the previous night at the reggae bar but didn't get much chance to chat.

Vera is due in town around 4pm so will catch up with her and see what the evening holds.  I'm also going to finally meet up with my friends, Clair and Marie from bristol (who are here for another course) tomorrow, so that will be nice.
